We have already conducted initial tests on pasteurizing and sterilizing coffee grounds on a small scale.

Unfortunately, research often goes wrong. But these "failures" also provide us with valuable information. However, it can be very frustrating to conduct numerous tests, mix the substrate, sterilize it, let it cool, inoculate it, and then (once again) discover a few weeks later that the sterilization was unsuccessful.

All in all, we're getting closer to the right track and have a clear understanding of the right approach. We've conducted initial tests at the rotterzwam nursery, but we're looking for a space where we can conduct the larger-scale test.
We are also working on the right setup, which machines we can use for this and what a suitable space must meet.
