After the fire in 2017, we were unable to produce mushrooms for two years. But on May 23, 2019, we opened a brand-new nursery, and oyster mushrooms are now rolling out of the containers again.
Jack Bean , and Bakkerij van der Heijden is once again producing the tastiest bitterballen (bitterballs) and croquettes in the country.
Our sustainable mushrooms have a distinctive quality and a beautiful, firm texture. They are grown on coffee grounds that we collect locally and then cultivated with great love and care.
Rotterzwam now supplies to many catering establishments in the city, but they can also be ordered by private individuals via our webshop or via Rechtstreex .
