The gray oyster mushroom is the heart of the rotterzwam (rot mushroom). What's special is that they grow on a residual product from the city: Rotterdam coffee grounds. We work not only circularly but also locally. You can pick up your oyster mushrooms from our nursery after ordering. This way, they travel a short distance to your plate.
