One-time surcharge for shipping packaging
For certain products, you can choose how we package them for shipping. This is often done in a cardboard box, which is often discarded after receipt. You can now also choose more sustainable, reusable packaging . To encourage you to choose reusable packaging, we've decided to charge a surcharge for single-use packaging.
With this surcharge on the single-use "disposable" packaging, we want to encourage you to choose the reusable option from BOXO.

Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.99 for a parcel and €2.79 - €4.50 for a letterbox parcel.

PostNL
Delivery is via PostNL's mail carrier or parcel delivery person. Parcels contain a track and trace code that you will receive by email after receiving your order from PostNL. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for PostNL.
Pick up your order
When checking out, you can indicate that you'd prefer to collect your order from our nursery in Rotterdam. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is ready, and you can then pick it up at Schiehaven 26, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
