Cascara, also known as coffee cherry, is the fruit of the coffee cherry harvested after the coffee beans have been removed. This beautiful fruit is often overlooked, but it holds a wealth of flavor and benefits for your well-being. The raw and unprocessed Cascara is the dried berry of Colombian Arabica coffee plants.
