During this 2.5 hour workshop, we will show you how to grow oyster mushrooms on a homemade nutrient medium of coffee grounds and straw.
The workshop will take place in our nursery at the Schiehaven in Rotterdam.

If you book this additional option, you will receive a portion of oyster mushroom bitterballs (4 pcs.) and an oyster mushroom specialty beer or soft drink after the workshop.
The voucher contains a unique code that allows you to schedule a workshop on a date of your choice. You'll receive this code by email. If you'd like a physical voucher, please let us know.

PostNL
Delivery is via PostNL's mail carrier or parcel delivery person. Parcels contain a track and trace code that you will receive by email after receiving your order from PostNL. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for PostNL.
Pick up your order
When checking out, you can indicate that you'd prefer to collect your order from our nursery in Rotterdam. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is ready, and you can then pick it up at Schiehaven 26, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
