COLLABORATION IS THE NEW COMPETITION

Every organism on Earth can only exist if it collaborates with other organisms. This is also true for humans and businesses. Especially in the circular economy, collaboration with other businesses is essential.

Ivanka Milenkovic

We've been in contact with Ivanka Milenkovic since rotterzwam launched in 2013. She inspired us and introduced us to the world of mushroom production using residual waste, and she's the most driven entrepreneur we know.

Together with Ekofungi, we share knowledge with each other and share it with others, so that our impact is many times greater and the world can reap the benefits.

Regional variants

To make this product suitable for the entrepreneurs we trained through our master's program, we decided to also make the grow kit available as a white label. We now have a partnership with several entrepreneurs in the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, and Spain.

Would you like to learn more about the possibilities of a white-label grow kit or our licensing terms? Please contact us.

About the grow kit

The grow kit is made of 100% recycled plastic. It is produced in Germany and delivered by our partner Houweling . The Dutch and Icelandic grow kits are produced in Rotterdam.

We collaborate with Nieuw Social Werk . NSW offers support, coaching, and a work participation workplace to people who are distanced from the labor market.

The wrapper is made from 100% recycled cardboard and is printed with vegetable dyes by Tromp printing company in Rotterdam.

Vegan Snacks

From coffee grounds to bitterbal or croquette. We have the tastiest and most sustainable snack in Rotterdam, a quintessential Rotterdam product.

Each bitterbal also saves 30 liters of water compared to a meat bitterbal. But ultimately, it's all about the taste and the experience. With our delicious crispy crust and soft filling, this vegan ball is definitely worth a try.
