The rotterzwam team consists of a group of enthusiasts who are fully committed to the transition to a circular society.
Most of our staff are employees, with a few on call. We also always have a few friendly volunteers and interns working at the nursery.
For some core activities we work together with partners.

Master binder - Plant enthusiast and photographer. She started out as a volunteer at Rotterzwam. With her "no nonsense, just action" mentality, she races through the nursery: caring for the mushrooms, colleagues, and volunteers. "A tongue as sharp as a knife, but a heart of tofu."
